Myotherapy/Manual Therapy
Stubborn tension and nagging pain often hide in deep trigger points and fascial restrictions that stretching simply can't reach. Manual therapy/Myotherapy combined with precise dry needling and acupuncture get to the source, releasing what's been locked in your tissues, sometimes for years.
Your initial assessment and treatment ($160.00 | 60 minutes) starts with understanding your pain story, then we assess the tissue restrictions and trigger points driving your symptoms before using targeted myofascial manipulation and dry needling to create healing. Follow-up treatment sessions maybe offered ($140.00 | 45min minutes) systematically work through layers of dysfunction, combining deep tissue work with strategic dry needling to restore normal tissue function from pain that's been holding you back.

Performance Assessment & Strategy Session - $250
This isn't a generic movement screen. In 60 minutes, we'll map your individual biomechanics to identify what's limiting your performance right now.
