Note that a 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling consultations and full fees will be applied for any late cancellations. We do not maintain accounts at the clinic, so payment is immediately following your consultation, first time clients pre-payment is required. We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and 10 minutes before initial consultations.
