movement & myotherapy

YOUR comeback story starts here.

How does it work ?
Myotherapy is founded on the western medical knowledge of anatomy & physiology, biomechanics & kinesiology, manual therapies, and the
pathology of soft tissues.

Improving local blood flow to damaged tissues allowing them to heal, and removes toxins to reduce pain.

Releases tension from shortened muscles and tendons which decreases pain and improves function by ensuring that muscles contract correctly to stabilise joints and provide maximum strength.

Realigning joints ensures that full range is provided to the limb and decreases the risk of further injury.

"I don't just treat injuries" I help people reclaim the life they thought they'd lost. Whether you're an athlete sidelined by pain, a parent who can't keep up with their kids, or someone who's afraid their body is failing them, I understand that you're not just dealing with physical limitations, you're mourning the activities, confidence, and freedom that pain has stolen from you.

My approach goes beyond reducing your symptoms; I help you rebuild trust in your body, eliminate the fear of movement, and guide you back to doing what you love with even greater strength and confidence than before. Every comeback story is different, but they all start the same way: with someone who refuses to accept 'this is just how it is now.' If you're ready to write yours, your journey back to the person you know you can be starts with one conversation. Because you're not broken, you just need the right guide to help you unlock what's already inside you.
