Gestalt Movement & Myotherapy's main principle is that your health and movement is a "Gestalt" a complex, beautiful, and interconnected whole.
We offer three things.
Postural Restoration, It looks at natural imbalances in the body, like Left AIC and Right BC patterns, and retrains the muscles and nervous system to correct them. We're a dedicated Postural Restoration provider in Melbourne.
Myotherapy is hands on treatment. It targets tight spots and tissue restrictions that regular stretching can't reach. Some of these sit in the body for years before anyone deals with them.
Sports performance work is for athletes who want to find what's holding them back. That might be lost power, lost speed, or movement patterns that waste energy. We build a plan around fixing it.

All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the full service fee will be charged.
