note that a 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling consultations and full fees will be applied for any late cancellations. We do not maintain accounts at the clinic, so payment is immediately following your consultation. We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and 15 minutes before initial consultations. Rest assured, patient care will always remain our top priority and we will not compromise it to maintain our schedule.
