Dry needling :Powerful Treatment option
Dry needling :Powerful Treatment option

Dry needling is like giving your muscles a reset button especially when it comes to those tight, sore spots we call trigger points. You know the ones: those little knots that feel tender when you press on them, and sometimes even send pain somewhere else (like a tight shoulder that gives you a headache).

During dry needling, a therapist uses a super thin Acupuncture needle and gently inserts it right into one of those trigger points. When they hit the right spot, the muscle often does a quick twitch, like it’s saying “whoa!” That twitch is actually a good sign. It means the muscle is reacting and starting to let go of the tension it’s been holding onto.

After that, the area gets improved blood flow, which helps with healing.

It can also calm down the nerve signals that are sending pain messages to your brain. Most people walk away "feeling looser", with less pain and better movement—even if they’re a little sore for a day or so afterward. Think of it as giving your muscle a gentle nudge to chill out and do its job properly again.
